Bani helps you view and understand your M-Pesa transaction activity. You agree to use the app lawfully and only with phone numbers, devices, and data that belong to you or that you are authorized to use.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for protecting any verification codes or account access linked to the app.

The app gives summaries, trends, and insights for informational purposes only. Bani does not provide banking, lending, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You should verify important financial decisions independently before acting on any insight, recommendation, or projected trend shown in the app.

We may improve, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We try to keep the experience reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

If misuse, fraud, abuse, or security concerns are detected, we may limit or revoke access to protect users and the service.

To the extent allowed by law, Bani is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

If local law does not allow certain exclusions, those exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
